1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Relavancy (the "Service") at www.relavancy.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.

3. The Service & license

Relavancy provides a shelf of document utilities — scanning, editing, signing, converting, and related tools. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the tools you have paid for.

4. Pricing

• One-time tool — $9.99: pay once for a single tool and use it without further charges.
• Monthly subscription — $4.99/month: unlimited access to every tool. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

Prices are in US dollars and may change; any change applies to future billing, not to a purchase already made.

5. Subscription & cancellation

Your monthly subscription renews automatically on the same calendar day each month. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

6. No refunds

All fees are non-refundable. This includes one-time purchases and any unused portion of a monthly subscription period. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@relavancy.com and we will review it.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to process unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, to abuse or overload the Service, or to attempt to reverse-engineer or extract its internals.

8. Your files

You retain all rights to the documents you process. Because most tools run inside your browser, your files generally never reach our servers. You are responsible for the content you process and for keeping your own copies.

9. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce a result suitable for a particular legal or business purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, relavancy.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over the operator of the Service.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
