Refund & Cancellation Policy

The short version: all payments are final — we do not offer refunds. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, and you will never be charged again after cancelling.
1. No refunds
All fees are non-refundable. This applies to day passes ($4.99) and to any paid or unused portion of a monthly subscription ($9.99/month). Because tools run instantly and on-demand, access cannot be "returned" once used.
2. Day passes
A day pass is a one-time purchase that unlocks every tool for approximately 24 hours. It does not renew and never charges you again. Because access is delivered immediately, day pass purchases are final.
3. Subscriptions — cancel anytime
The $9.99/month subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time — cancellation stops all future charges immediately. You keep access until the end of the monthly period you have already paid for; no partial refunds are issued for that period.
4. How to cancel
Email us at support@relavancy.com from the address you paid with and we will cancel your subscription right away. You can also cancel any time from the payment confirmation email you received from Stripe.
5. Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or a charge after cancellation — contact us at support@relavancy.com within 60 days and we will review and correct genuine mistakes.
